My Teeth and Ambitions Are Bared! [Active]

Scar didn't respond to the biped, instead summoning more of the fire plants and three of the baboon Heartless to attack him. The lion had no interest in or time for the shenanigans of this lesser creature, and wanted to see if the Heartless would be of use to rid Scar of his presence quickly.

The baboons quickly started attacking with spells, while the fire plants again aimed for the worthless black-coated vermin.

So, no response. Just another wave of the heartless attacking him. This was the way he wanted to negotiate. Whatever he wanted.

He summoned a group of lower nobodies, dusks and creepers, and sent them at the fire plants. Sure, they may not be able to destroy the baboon creatures, Vexen could take them out with either an ice spell, or on of his stronger attacks.

But, to be completely honest. He was getting bored with all of this. If the lion kept it up, he would just leave. He did have enough information to start searching for information.

More of the bird Heartless attacked the small silver creatures that suddenly appeared. Scar noticed that their scent was akin to the Heartless in a way, though strangely lacking in much of anything at all. The biped was the same mostly, but a strong stench of darkness surrounded him.

Then Scar thought of the Pridelands again, and of the much stronger creatures there. And of what a powerful Heartless they would make. With that thought, a tremendous Heartless crashed out of a portal toward the cloaked figure. It had a head much like a rhinocerous, with a green body and only two legs. Wicked fangs lined its mouth, and sharp claws tore at the ground as it stomped ever nearer to its target.

Well, that was an outcome Vexen didn't expect. A lion of that one's appearance, being strong enough to summon forth a heartless like the one stomping towards him.

He sighed, knowing that he really didn't have much to counter such a foe, and summoned a dark portal, disappearing into it for a moment...

...Only to appear a bit behind the lion himself, far enough away to not be in attack range, but still close enough.

The sudden rise in the strength of the scent made Scar whip around, teeth bared in a snarl.

"Persistent, aren't we?" he asked of the concealed face in the hood, expecting little in the way of an answer. The fact that the creature had run away from that Heartless instead of facing it head on like the others gave Scar more confidence, and he stood with his head held high and proud. After all, he had the upper hand now.
