Character(s): Ursula as Vanessa, open Content: Ursula wanders about town in disguise yet again. Setting: Near Paixao Central Station Time: Week 21, dusk Warnings: Deception!
"That would be quite helpful," she was quick to reply to the boy, faltering on one foot into a standing position. Ursula knew there were quite a few accomplished healers in the city that would know a fake injury when they saw one and, having quite the stomach for a little pain, felt realism mattered most. She was glad she'd gone to such lengths now, but this intrusion into her little game made focusing a little more difficult than she would have liked. She had to show him she was as unconcerned with his presence as he was apparently with hers.
"You're very kind, Miss...?" Ursula trailed off expectantly, glancing at Tear.
The melodist hesitated for a moment. Surely there was no harm in giving a first name.
"Tear," she responded finally. "Please think nothing of it. I'm only doing my job. To ignore a civilian would be to disgrace not only myself, but the Order."
Turning her attention back to Zexion, she studied him for a moment, and then gave a short nod. "I think that would suffice, if you don't mind. As I said, this shouldn't take long at all."
Tear shifted to better examine the ankle in question. After all that had happened, Tear really should have known better, but as disorienting as this city could be on its own, she wasn't expecting trickery of this sort.
Stretching a palm out towards Ursula's ankle, Tear began to gather seventh fonons, or this world's equivalent, so she could use them to relieve the pain and heal any damage.
No real harm, perhaps. Neither of them were from his world, or so he was assuming, and therefore the only danger was that they'd use it to keep track of her commenting on the journals. No, there was no harm in a name. What she was saying was far more interesting. 'The Order' she'd said. A group to which belonged, no doubt, and most likely a healer's order if the rest of the sentence was any indicator.
Not surprising, perhaps, but interesting.
"Of course," Zexion answered with a slight smile as he moved to a position where he could more easily take some of the young woman's weight, silently thanking the fact that he hadn't worn a for taller than himself. Not even he could hold up someone on something that wasn't there.
