Character(s): Starr, Lenne Content: Starr shows up, and is confused. But this isn't new for someone who just arrived. Setting: Jountenheim area. Time: Week 21 Warnings: None.
"Very, actually. I woke up here, it's been a while since I've had some food." She said, laughing at the last comment from Lenne. "I'd actually prefer to leave them to their imaginations. I guess it would take a while to get them to stop, it did with the guys back home."
That was somewhat true, J had been the hardest to get to stop. But a few well timed pompoms thrown directly in his face had got him to quit. She sighed. She hadn't been gone all that long, and she was already missing the entire group.
Lenne laughed again and pulled her journal out, chewing her lip as she poked around a bit until she got the map feature to work acceptably. It always amazed her how she really had no knack for the device.
"Well, it's a little bit of a walk, but there's a cafe just north of here. Here," she turned her journal to show Alexandra, and pointed at the Cafe Ersesat on the map.
Lenne's expression softened when she heard the sigh. She knew the feeling. She wasn't about to assume, but she could definitely imagine many a reason to be discontent here. She smiled sympathetically, and took a couple steps in the direction they'd need to be headed.
"C'mon, let's get moving before your friends there get any more ideas," she jested with a final glare at the peanut gallery near the gates.
Starr watched as the other woman used the journal to bring up a map, hoping that she would remember how to do that later, when she needed to bring up the map for her use.
"Sounds good to me." Starr said, following her as she walked towards their destination. She glanced over her shoulder towards the group at the gate, rolling her eyes and laughing a bit.
"Oh, boys will be boys. But if they get too much of a pain, I have practice in repelling annoyances."
