"Hmph. It's already kind of boring here." Zidane asked himself, as he stuffed his hands in his pockets. He was hovering around the gate, just to see if anyone interesting would happen.

Well, it wasn't exactly happening yet.

Though, he finally saw something interesting. He had to do a double-take, but he saw who was wandering now as well.

It was his friend Bartz!

Without even thinking about what on Gaia--or whatever planet he was--Bartz was doing here, he ran over to him. He grinned up at the much taller male when he got to him, and tilted his head.

"Long time no see!" He cried, pushing upwards on his tiptoes just a little bit. "What are you doing here?"

Hearing footsteps just a couple yards away from his standpoint, the young wanderer turned his attention to the direction in which he heard the noise. There, beginning to run up to him was an oh so familiar head of golden hair. And who else did he know that had a swaying monkey tail at its ends?

"Zidane-!?" His voice jumped with uttered surprise. Taking a moment to gather his thoughts together, he raced over to meet the shorter boy half way; a smile bracing across his face. "Zidane, its really you!"

On coming to this unfimilar place, it sure was nice to see someone he knew. Thank goodness!

"Yeah, it sure has been awhile, hasn't it?" He ended the statement with a light chuckle. Since Zidane was here, maybe this was a place that Cosmos had sent him after all. It sure didn't look like it, but with one of his most favored travel companions by his side the thought did arise ( ... )

Well, that was certainly a sight and no mistake. Most of the time people seemed to arrive singly. Admittedly, Setzer had absolutely no idea if this was actually the case or if it just seemed that way, but he'd take it as it came. Why bother wasting his time over the precise details?

That being said, he couldn't help but speaking up all the same. The question hadn't been asked to him and he knew it but what could it hurt? If nothing else he could always bow back out of the conversation and nothing would be worse for the wear.

Except perhaps, for a little bit of his pride but he could afford to lose that.

"The same as the rest of us, I'd imagine."

At Bartz's answers, Zidane folded his arms across his chest. He shifted his weight onto his left hip as well, thinking. He certainly hadn't seen anybody else that Cosmos had summoned the last time they had been together. But at the same time, that didn't exactly mean anything. "I don't think it's Cosmos, this time. Otherwise we'd be with everybody else, right? A friend of mine is here, too. So I think it's a completely different case this time."

At his friend's question, he shrugged. "I have no idea. I was in Lindblum, hanging with my friends--"

The new person caught his attention, and he looked up. "So, I suppose you don't have any idea what the heck's going on, either." He said, rubbing the back of his head. A soft chuckle escaped his lips now, finally realizing that everybody was as clueless as he was.

Great. Well, it would be an adventure for sure.
