Naveen couldn't sit still in one place for long, he had to get out in the city, explore it, have a good time. Unfortunately for Naveen, the inhabitants of the city were just as dull as the were ehn he first arrived here. It made the frog prince long for the liveliness of New Orleans. Now that was a city that knew how to have a good time. But here? It was dull, monotonous.
So, Naveen found himself sitting on the window sill of a building this morning, looking in to see what was in there. It seemed to be a library, that didn't really strike Naveen's interest. But before he hopped down from the windowsill, he saw the beautiful young woman cleaning up the place. Was this library hers?
When he saw her leaving the building he called out to her, "Good morning. Getting your library ready for business today?"
'Keep them from moving on.' It was all well and good for him to say that, but it was quite another to actually be one of the few assigned to the task. Oh, he'd done his best, as he always had but every good plan had a flaw. This one had several, not the least of which were the Keybearer and the former Assassin - the latter of which of had yet to be properly apprehended, even after all this time

Belle almost dropped her bucket at the sound of a voice she didn't recognize. She turned towards where she thought it must be coming from...but nobody was there. Blinking a few times, she glanced around in confusion before her gaze went back to the window...and the frog sitting there.
"O-oh..." she murmured softly, one hand moving towards her chin. A talking frog, perhaps? Like in so many of the fairy tales she read! And here in Paixao, was it really a surprise if an animal spoke? She stepped a bit closer, smiling apologetically. "Ah, I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was...you who spoke." She glanced up at the building with affection. "This isn't my library. I just decided to make things a little more neat."
She cut off as a more familiar voice cut through her thoughts. "Ian!" she called happily, turning. "It's good to see you." She chuckled, brushing a lock of hair from her eyes. "I should have known I'd find you here again someday."

She said that she would come over to the library and come Dahlia did. Normally, she would not waste her time looking at cringeworthy fairy tales about falling in love and living happily ever after - not when she was trying to find a way out of the city. However, Belle did present the small possibility that there could be information - information on how to escape

The fairy tale comparison was rather spot on, Naveen being a prince and all. "Understandable, not many people would expect an animal to talk," he replied, at least she hadn't freaked out and crushed him with a book. He glanced back into the library, "Well I'm sure the owners appreciate the help..." Even though, to Naveen, the library didn't seem to have an owner.
Dahilia may not have spotted Naveen yet, but he spotted her when she approached. "Hello there" Yet another pretty girl who didn't like the natives here, maybe Paixao wasn't as bad as Naveen though.
