Arguably he had more than one method of hiding than simply behind something but the redhead kept his mouth shut. Timon had no desire to continue such a degrading subject and was for once more than happy to turn his attention to the Organization. He nodded in agreement to Urd’s terms, regardless of her back being turned. It was fair enough… At least until she explained her information was based on a hunch. An exasperated sigh escaped him.

“So, you only think one of their members is betraying them?” the meerkat repeated in his own words. He sounded sceptical. “That wouldn’t surprise me. They never completely act as an Organization these days, what with all the secrets they keep from each other and acting they do behind each other’s backs all the time.” He wondered if it had been Roxas, especially after he had told the Nobody to turn against his comrades. However, the ‘anonymous’ poster he had spoken with over the message board certainly was not him, as eerily familiar as they seemed. He wondered ( ... )

"Ha ha ha, you're hilarious," Urd laughed tonelessly, rolling her eyes. She turned around, scowling at Timon. "I may not have concrete proof -- yet -- but let's look at the facts." She walked towards him, clearly not intimidated despite her smaller size at the moment. "Several weeks back, two powers were clashing around the city. Remember that? You're just a rat --" at this she poked him in his furry chest, "-- so there's no way you'd know this, but those powers had the very distinct signature of a Nobody." She got even closer, getting in his face now, dark purple eyes flashing. "And I know what those powers are like because I just faced off against one last night!"

Urd's eyes widened and she immediately shut her mouth, turning away. Great, she was so on edge and short-tempered today that she gave away too much. Slightly subdued now but going into a full-fledged pout, she crossed her arms again. "They've never had the gall to come after me before. I'm too powerful for them. So something made them step up their game and it's only ( ... )

Scratch that last thought; the goddess didn’t prove any less intimidating than she did her regular size. At her approach he found himself shuffling backward to keep the distance between them. Unfortunately, the meerkat did not get very far before his back collided with one of the statues legs. As a result he found himself corned with the woman able to shout right in his face. He winced and looked up at the lions underbelly as a final attempt to avoid Urd. That was until she said something to catch his attention. Curious, he turned his glance back down at the goddess to see her turn away ( ... )

The real truth of the matter was, Urd wasn't sure she was "too powerful" for the Organization. In this world, where the balance of powers were so chaotic, it was very likely she would be the one overpowered by them. Given how things had gone down the night before, she was starting to suspect the only reason she was standing here now (and back at her apartment, but that was neither here or there) was because whoever it was that attacked her got what they wanted. That unpleasant thought made her tighten her lips into a compressed line.

At the end of his last sentence, she turned slowly to face him, expression devoid of anger, worry or arrogance. "...what?" She could only ask, genuinely shocked. Had there really been one there? With everything that had happened, all the unique and clashing powers, it was possible. Especially since the very mark of a Nobody was the sheer emptiness, the nothingness that permeated from them. It was actually probable that one had slipped in, disguised and unnoticed in the chaos ( ... )

So she hadn’t noticed. He had expected so much. The way she had practically flown at Hades the moment he had arrived had made it clear that she planned to keep him in properly check for the afternoon. For her to leave the Nobody alone and not Hades though? It only proved that she had failed to recognize him as the threat he truly was. Admittedly though, the Nobody had them quite the disguise. Had it not been for their recognizable scent he would have passed them off as another visitor himself.

“They reek of Darkness.” He explained while giving his nose a light tap. “It’s impossible to miss - if you don’t have a completely useless nose like yours, that is. Why did you think I wouldn’t leave Vyers’ side the whole party? He’s not exactly the kind of guy you wanna be seen with, especially when he tries to pick of girls. The guy was watching us! You, me, everyone. I figure he was out to spy on us. I couldn’t recognize him though, just his scent. It was the young redhead that arrived Hades and definitely not Axel.”
