Spotting Roxas was a lot easier than he had originally expected. His blonde hair and blue eyes made him blend in incredibly well with the citizens, though Timon could always tell the difference between a citizen and visitor by smell alone, appearances worked most efficiently. Today… Or tonight however, he wasn’t exactly sure what it was, the station was completely empty. Most, if not all citizens had taken refuge from the darkness in their own homes. This was why when he knew it could only be the boy when he saw someone sitting on one of the many station benches.

“Hey, kid!” he cried out when approaching the blonde. “Didn’t think you’d-”

Suddenly the rodent came to a halt. His eyes grew wide in alarm and wandered wildly around the area as though in search of something. Instead of continuing toward Roxas he began to step back, stumbling the first few steps. He knew that smell, that unmistakable and overpowering stench of darkness. This was no mere Heartless, it was one of them; Organization XIII. Timon didn’t know how they’d found ( ... )

Roxas was about to answer the meerkat's call when Timon suddenly freaked out.

"Hey! Timon! What's wrong?" he shouted, standing up and starting to run toward the diminutive creature, to protect him if need be. He thought better of summoning the Keyblade, but his fingers twitched. He could only hope that Timon hadn't seen another member of the Organization.

Freaked out? That was putting it mildly. Timon was outright horrified. The moment Roxas began running toward him he too began to run - in the opposite direction. The Organization member was behind him, following them. Surely they knew by now he was there. The blonde had even called his name. The meerkats panic only increased at this while he forced himself into the first available hiding spot he could find: a mailbox. It hung from the stations wall, the flap on the side making it more than easy to get access to it. Timon burrowed into the box between the uncollected letters, his eyes all that could be seen in the darkness.

Doing his best to catch his breath, he waited in silence. Had he lost them?

"What's with him?" Roxas mumbled as he opened the mailbox Timon dove into. He peered inside, blinking a couple times. Timon was all the way at the bottom, and was huddled against a corner. It was rather comical, really, and the Nobody had to try not to laugh.

"Are you all right?" he asked, hoping the meerkat wouldn't dash over his shoulder and keep running, leaving Roxas right back where he started.

Luckily for Roxas the meerkat did not jump out of the box however he failed to show any signs of talking either. He only seemed to push himself further into the corner he had taken refuge in, as though trying to force himself through the wall. They were so close he could feel them. Somehow they had found him. Had they followed him - or perhaps had someone lead them to him? Timon stared at the boy. Had he told them where they were meeting? Had this all just been a trap? Why would he... His eyes somehow widened further than they already had. No, he had made a mistake. This boy, he was one of them. It all made sense now.

In absolute shock Timon finally opened his mouth. At first nothing came out but after a moment of gawking words formed. “Please, don’t hurt me!” he begged, regardless of how useless it was. “I’ll… I’ll do anything, anything you want! You name it. Consider it done!”
