"I'd be very interested to hear what kind of things you do, for these missions," Ico replied, but he knew that now the attention had shifted to the prospect of a race. Shifting his gaze away from the blonde boy in question, he looked down at the rooftops Naruto had been running across, saw a pipe and ledge he could use to climb up to them, and decided that the roofs were low close together enough that he could make the jump between them

"Sure, I could tell you all about it later," Naruto nodded cheerfully. It was odd to meet someone who had no idea what a ninja was but it was also refreshing in a way and he'd be more than happy to talk about it. But first things first - the race.

He paid close attention to the locations Ico pointed out and already mapped out the way from those roofs to the large tree in his head. He grinned. This was going to be pretty easy but he'd like to see what the boy could do. He had saved Yorda after all so he had to be good. "Yeah, let's."

Rather than jumping over right away, he waited a bit to watch Ico - and the kid certainly wasn't bad - before simply jumping from where he was standing to the indicated roofs in one or two jumps. It was hard to tell when he was just a blur.

Once he got there and moved into a start position, Naruto nodded to show he was ready.
