“Timon is small animal,” Quina answered, rolling its tongue. “I see his picture on silver thing. But he not food either. That circle you stand on is pretty strange.” It hoped that Static might tell him that it was food.

Static blinked, "An animal?!" That was surprising, an animal had told this thing about this place. Static sighed, this place was going to be stranger than he had thought. The hero looked down at his flying disc when Quina mentioned it, "Oh, yeah...I use it to fly around on so I can get places faster." It certainly beat walking most of the time.

“You use it to fly?” Quina asked. “It look small. Can you eat it too?” Quina hoped that the man would say yes. It was still hungry (again) and the disk looked like quite an interesting piece of food.

"No you can't eat it," Static replied, getting a bit defensive because he REALLY didn't want to lose his disc. It was one of the best things Richie had ever made him...next to the zap caps. "How about I go into one of the restauarnts around here and get you somethin'...since they keep throwing you out apparently," Static replied. He hoped that'd solve their problems.

Quina was about to ask why it could not eat the disk but it forgot as soon as Static mentioned getting some food for it. “You buy me food?” it asked, getting excited. “Thank you!” This person nicer than other people here, Quina thought.

Static looked hesitant all of a sudden because he really didn't know much about this guy. Still, the words were already out of his mouth so there wasn't much he could do now. "Yeah, I might need to see what they take as money around here so we BOTH don't get kicked out but it shouldn't be a big deal."

He wondered if he'd regret those words...this guy was willing to eat his flying disc, it was likely he wasn't a picky eater nor was he a light one.

"Timon said they take anything here but I get kicked out before they let me cook spicy frog for them in return," Quina replied sadly. If this man was able to get it something, Quina knew that it had to give him food in return at some point. As its master Quayle said, if somebody gives you munchies, you have to give them munchies in return.

((Should we start planning for how this thread ends and what happens after it soon? I'm guessing that it's going to end with Static going with Quina to buy something at a restaurant but I don't know if that's okay with you))

"Spicy...frog?" Static wasn't sure that sounded very appetizing, then again this was coming from the guy who wanted to eat his flying disc AND the wrapper of a candy bar. But, man, no wonder they kicked him out, he thought, hoping his face wasn't showing the look of disgust he felt.

((Yeah, Static's planning on buying him food. What were you thinking happened soon after?))

Quina nodded. "Spicy frog very delicious. You like frogs?" Just then, one of the giant cakes on display in one of the shops caught Quina´s eye. It sniffed and then swung its huge tongue, excitedly. "A delicious cake!" it exclaimed, running towards the window.
