Azula prided herself on being thorough, and so she had spent some time exploring the place she had found herself in, and decided it was nowhere near the continents she knew of, and as far as she had seen there was nothing that could be called bending here.
That would make destroying them all far easier when the time came. But for now, she simply took note of her completion of her circle around the domed city with the return to the gate she had entered through. She was about to give the outer region a look--perhaps she could acquire a boat--when she spotted a dark-haired man sticking out like a firebender amongst waterbenders in this land of blonds.
He couldn't have been a native. She decided it was time to make friends.
"My, hello," she said, smiling in a way which might have been more of a smirk than anything; she really didn't notice. "You don't look like you live here."
The greeting didn't take him too much by surprise. Instead he turned his head towards the voice. A girl? The smile she gave was certainly arrogant in appearance. But perhaps she could help no less? "No, I don't." Hei responded plainly. He glanced at the things he was recently handed. A phone of some kind? One of the newer ones, no less. Maybe even foreign, or at least it wasn't something he could recognize off the bat. Then again he wasn't really technology adequate.
"Do you live here?" Simple enough of a question but maybe too simple? Hei paused a moment only to realize how blunt his question may have been, if not creepy. "Ah, I'm sorry if I sound a little forward. I'm trying to get somewhere you see..." He rubbed the back of his head after bowing with his apology. Though this conversation didn't seem to be getting very far he could at least wait to see if she had any valuable information.
