Character(s): Peter Petrelli and YOU [open] Content: Peter arrives into the city in bloody clothing. Setting: Joutenheim Gate Time: Afternoonish? Warnings: None really, maybe light swearing, but..
Axel had done a patrolling look out of all the gates. He wasn't sure why he'd done it exactly, beyond the fact that he needed something to do. Axel was, for all intents and purposes, hopelessly bored. There was nothing that had really caught his eye in Paixao. Not yet.
But, oh, if the blood and guts on the guy walking in weren't enough to make Axel take a slight interest. Axel hid his green eyes behind sunglasses, with a white t-shirt and jeans and a pair of sandals.
He looked no different from the other fools around him. Striking up a conversation wouldn't be too hard, would it? "Looks like someone got caught under the wrong side of a truck," Axel said dryly from behind Peter, a characteristic smirk on his face.
Peter turned quickly, and blinked. He was still a bit disoriented, having no idea what really happened: falling off a building and somehow surviving did that to a person. A glance down at his clothes made him feel a bit embarassed, and only reminded him further of how badly he would need something else to wear.
If he could figure out where he was, anyway.
"Yeah, something like that." He admitted with a sigh. "Do you know where I can get a change of clothes, by any chance?"
"Not a clue," Axel said with a smirk, lowering the glasses to peer at Peter, to analyze him for a moment. Not even a moment later, the glasses were firmly back in place. "But most people wouldn't admit to being run over by a truck.
"Unless," Axel trailed off. "It was something worse, wasn't it? Kinda of funny you show up covered in blood. I made the mistake of assuming it was yours. But you're too alive for it to be yours."
How else could he antagonize the new person, really? Axel hadn't really done anything for awhile. And Roxas was occupied with Mewtwo. He could have fun too, right?
Peter rubbed the back of his neck. He was tired, confused, and not in the mood for mind games. He was worried over the girl he was supposed to save, and this wasn't helping. Yet he couldn't just be rude, so he was stuck in it.. for now. "Well, I wasn't hit by a truck, exactly." He paused, mouth twitching. He really did not care to go into more detail than that, as he was still a bit confused as to how he wasn't dead.
A sigh, and he looked down at his clothes. "I.. don't know who it belongs to."
