Soma shook himself out of his reverie; somehow, he'd failed to notice losing Sword. Perhaps it was for the best; he knew the guy was scared of him, and forcing his company on him right now would just increase that feeling.

"How did I get here... To be honest? I went to sleep at home and woke up outside the gate here. So, I'm not really sure."

His arm still in Mina's, his sword in the opposite hand, Soma looked around. There didn't seem to be any of those white things here, but there also didn't seem to be many people. Maybe everyone had gone inside, finally getting the idea of running for their lives?

"... How odd." Mina stared ahead for a moment, frowning before looking up at Soma once again. "I went looking for you," she began, other hand clutching her journal to her chest for a moment. It made for a good shield, and had yet to appear broken with how many of the creatures she'd whacked. Soma at least had the advantage of knowing how to fight, she was usually the damsel in distress.

She wasn't about to tell him the obvious; she went to the shrine to find him, she was in the clothing for it. "I thought... that Dracula might've been involved again... but when I stepped through the shrine..." she gestured somewhat around them with the hand holding her journal, frowning confusedly. "I woke up outside the gate, too."

Soma sheathed Laevatain and shook his head. "Definitely weird. I dunno about Dracula being involved; it's pretty obvious his powers have returned to me, but... It doesn't make sense. It's as if he's as bewildered here as I am."

Soma looked uneasily around their current 'shelter' and frowned. It was quiet; far too quiet. And there was so much -glass-. One decent explosion and this whole place would become a deadly rain.

"Umm... Much as I like music, this is perhaps not the best place for us to stay."

"I... don't think it is either..." There was way too much glass, definitely a bad thing it seemed. Sighing, Mina kept a light hold on his arm still while clutching the journal in the other hand. She was uncertain towards this place for a moment, before looking back towards the white haired teen. "He's bewildered?"

It was a curious thought, Dracula being puzzled about something. Very rarely had she heard of that happening, but she couldn't exactly blame him. This place confused her far more then it should've, and it just kind of seemed... inevitable right now. There were no answers, and there was no end to the questions that needed those answers.

Soma looked around again, hmm'ing thoughtfully to himself. There was a more likely looking shelter not -too- far away, and it was at least made of brick. Pointing in its direction, he said, "Let's try to go there. I don't particularly relish the idea of picking glass out of my hide, which is what's going to happen if we stay here."

He wasn't sure what made him so certain of that, but there was definitely -something- off about this place. What was it? The light? Even the sunlight felt... off, and it certainly wasn't natural for the sun to have a great big glaring happy face. He wondered if Mina had noticed it.

All things considered, he was ready to get out of there; out of the opera house, out of the city, out of the DIMENSION. Surely, there was some way...
