Haven't seen 'em, sorry. Hate to say it, but it's likely he got kidnapped. When did you last speak with him?

That's what I'm afraid of.

Yesterday. I wanted to scout the place out, asked him to stay put. I came back to an empty room and a note on the pillow. What do you know about these kidnappers?

Not 's much as I'd like. But like that rat thing mentioned people've been getting kidnapped. Prob'ly our friends in th' shadows, but they ain't confirmin' or denyin' that.
