I think the tide may be turning. Wade got his promotion to CO2 this week, which is fabulous. He is going to get some back pay because his promotion/raise is retroactive back to September. He has a college degree and therefore qualified for CO2 at 6 months but had to complete his probation before it could take effect. He will also get the second
