they told you you were beautiful, incredible, amazing. a mantra of life for a day: hey sweetie wanna come and take up a stand by this microphone and open up those pretty lips for us. such a good boy. such a cutie.

(one time you put on your mother’s lipstick and you dressed up in women’s clothes and you paraded around the room, unashamed, fascinated, and your brother caught you and he told you he wouldn’t tell but you think he’s a little sad about the whole thing and you don’t know why just that the two of you don’t play soccer together like you used to because he’s a baseball star and you’re a musician.)
and jaejoong has those eyes that sink souls. he takes candid photos of you while you’re showering; he thinks you don’t know and that you don’t make stupid faces or do embarrassing things just because you don’t - but really you’re parading on show for him.
yoochun called it passive resistance but a little creepy. you shrugged and gave him a reason to not to question with a pillow thrown at his head. oh, he had continued, you want to play that way?
(yoochun and jaejoong sleep in each other’s beds some nights. you’re not supposed to know, they never say, but one time you walked in and you saw them curled up and you can’t help but feel a little mad at yoochun sometimes and hate him when he smiles in that way that’s so irresistible to every girl and every fan and jaejoong.)
