Surgery

So, yesterday I went to Orange City to get my checkup for my mouth. I learned quite some time ago that I have three (luckily, not four) wisdom teeth that are underneath the gum and are pushing against my teeth, and if we don't get those three teeth out soon, all those bucks my Mom and Dad spent on my braces would be for nothing.

I haven't had my wisdom teeth out--I'm not a big kid like you--but I did have five "baby" teeth removed when they didn't fall out on their own. I've also been put fully under for other procedures, and let me tell you, getting the local anesthetic is a hell of a lot worse than what'll happen to you. It really is like going to sleep, and you don't remember a thing. And then everybody has to be nice to you and wait on you hand and foot. :)

I'll be away when you have your surgery, but when you're feeling better, definitely shoot me an email or a comment and let me know how you're doing, okay?

Hopefully the pain killers that I'll be given will kick in before the numbness goes away, otherwise it's gonna be hell gone wild. LOL. I've missed you, haven't talked in quite some time. I'll definitely be sure to send ya an email on how I'm fairing. I'm sure it'll go fine. :D Really, the only thing I'm worried/scared about is being put under. It's such a weird thing to think that I'll be laying there, knowing I'm going to be in surgery, but I'll be asleep and won't remember any of it. I wonder if I'll dream? Haha. My dad said probably not.

I'm actually looking forward to the whole 'everybody has to be nice and wait on you hand and foot' part. ;). I'll most likely sleep all day after my surgery, so I'll be all nice and rested later. I'm sure we'll get to talk when I'm feeling better. Thanks for the support, and I hope everything is well. :D

I had that procedure done last year. I'm not going to lie, it hurts. But not when they're doing it. That part is cake. You're tough and it doesn't last long. I'm sure you'll be just fine. I'll be thinking about you on the day. ;-)

Thanks for not lieing. ;). I'm already anticipating the pain, so hopefully it won't be as bad as I'm thinking it'll be. I hope it won't last too long. I'll be thinking about you too! I'm sorry to say, but on the 21st I had completely forgotten that you were leaving for your trip! It was a rather hectic day - being the first day of school and all, but I heard that you had a great time (least from what I remember reading) and I'm very happy that you got to go there and see everything. :D
