Yay on the first aiod training. Working in a school we all have to do a course every three years. I did mine last January. It's handy but I hope never to have to use it.

Gosh, I really hope so too, the thought is scary! But at least it's a relieving thought that if I ever get into such a situation with no one else around I won't be completely helpless.
