*stretches* So last week I could've slept all day, this week it's insomnia that strikes. It's getting to me by now, and in order to calm down a little I'm taking St. John's wort pills for placidity and equanimity. Or whatever. *smiles mildly*

I can relate to the insomnia thing... Let me know if the St. John's wort works. I know one thing to avoid (at least for me late at night) was tea with honey and lemon. I think it was the sugar in the honey that gave me an extra bounce, LOL! I think I went to sleep around 6:45 am yesterday, Not Good!
