I finished Watership Down just the other day.

(reading novels is all I can do of late)

Do you have any ideas? I love reading people's ideas.

I thought I had a couple, but all I can think of just this moment is a sort of pre-superhero story: a character discovers their superpowers, literally, not knowing how they work or what they should do with them.

If in a setting where there are no other superheroes, that could be interesting.

That was part of it - I mean, superpowers would turn the world upside down if they really showed up in reality. Not to troperoll anyone, but even if Reed Richards Is Useless, the mere fact of them would cause a lot of thinking.

The other part is, of course, the question of what someone with powers would actually be able to do.
