Good morning.

Got up early and then suddenly (well, I made coffee first) got the urge to do some writing. Currently working on a piece of optimistic SF following the evolution of food in the near-future. That said, I'm sorta struggling with what to call an alien ingredient found on one of the Galilean moons and am looking for suggestions ( Read more... )

Off the top of my head: Porkron, taffamelt, sugarbeat (yes, like how The Beatles spelled their name), fufood, yellowrine, pursh, zometaphan, vitavast, cuisinophage, delicilite, yumbaster, Callisto delight, Io-ooh, Europanosh, Ganyum

Off to make a mundane Earthly breakfast: bacon, eggs, harsh browns and Io-ooh!

Ha, I like some of those! Taffamelt could be toyed with, methinks. Will keep pondering.

(And yes, this is for Shine. It's not generally the sort of thing I write [optimistic prose], but we'll see.)

It's going to very known ingredient so it needs to be both marketable and pleasing to the ears.
