On life, Eito and everything

Next weekend I’m going away for a couple of days with some friends from work. A yearly pilgrimage which involves drinking, eating and lots of girly chat as we escape the routine of normal life. Hi - just popping in to say that it's wonderful to find folks who feel the same way, And that what you've said really resonates with me, except you're a heck of a lot more coherent about it. One of the things I'm finding that I really like about eighters is how there's this feeling that watching k8, being immersed in k8 fandom supports us in some way when we're feeling down, etc. It's a lovely thing.

Coherent is not a word that is often used to describe me, so thank you. :)

Eito, their music, concerts, variety and the fandom itself is my 'happy place'. They make me laugh and smile. We all need something to get us through low patches. The Eighters I have met so far are all kind and supportive. It's so much better than fangirling on your own, which is what I used to do.

Yes and yes. To both eito being a happy place and that flailing on your own is fun, but flailing with other folks is better. :P
