GPS IS NOT AN FCC THINGY... ITS A BUNCHA SATTELITES THAT SPIT OUT TEH RADIO SIGNALS, AND FROM THE TIMINGS OF TEH THREE SATTALITES IT CAN FIGGER OUT TEH POSITIOUN!

BESIDES, YUO PRE-PAY FOR TEH SERVACE WITH A $300 GPS DEVICE. THEY MAEK A BIG DEAL ABOUT TEH CELL PHONES BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT TEH BILLING SINCE YOU ARE GETTANG SERVICE FROM ABOUT A DOZEN TOWERS AT ONCE.
