R3 - Challenge One
Is everyone excited? It is now the start of our 3rd Round! WoooooWhooooo! We have 40 Participants which is wonderful and I'm so excited. Yes, this is one happy Mod here so I am spreading the excitement everywhere :D
For our participants, you can still take advantage of the Earn-An-Extra-Skip Promotion UNTIL the start of the third challenge. I'll warn you ahead of time so you don't have to keep track.
Alright, I think that's it....let's get started!
Rules
+ Icons can be no bigger than 40kb or 100x100. Smaller, however, is allowed
+ Animation is also allowed, given that you only use the image provided to you.
+ All entries must remain anonymous. Don't post it anywhere else until voting is over for this challenge. If you do, it's an automatic disqualification from the competition.
+ Post your entries as a comment to this post with the Image (tag) and the URL. All comments are screened.
+ One entry per person
+ You can not use any other images than the one provided to you, but you are allowed use of brushes, textures, stocks, etc...
+ Avoid uploading to tinypic. If you need hosting, contact me. I have about three other PB accounts that are waiting to be used for something
+ If you have any questions, please post a separate comment.

Remember, you MUST enter this challenge. It's the first challenge, stated in the rules that you CAN'T skip it.
