I'm really hoping to make it, but I must admit I am at a complete loss as how to actually organize any trip like this! There are so many factors!

May I ask where you're staying? I found a place that seems reasonable, within walking distance (mostly because I think myself and my sister will be so broke after the other stuff!) to the venue, but some of the reviews say it's nice, some say it's seedy and everything is just *FLAIL* inducing!
