Well, I know that I have to get Faith to Lorne's, since she agree to do it, but I'm giving her a little while before I press the issue. Instead I'm going to help out Wes and company with some research, see how they're all doing. I wanted to talk to Wes anyway. I know he and Angel are doing better, so that's good. I'd like to catch up and see how he

Fred had a point. The whiteboard was an excellent resource for plotting out the steps needed to attempt to convert the gypsy ritual for our use.

I just hope that it's not close enough to wall-writing for her to backslide into old, bad habits...

"She...obviously neglected to mention it. Oz," I began. My mouth snicked shut again, thinking about it. "Obviously, it wasn't anything of any permanence. Too much had happened in the past, between her and I, for things to ever be permanent. Faith and I will never be close. Friends, certainly. Co-workers, obviously. But nothing more."

I'm disturbed.

"...help me out a sec here, Wes." I say, and I'm keeping my voice very neutral. I'm not mad at him or anything. Just...disturbed. More on my behalf. "She dated you. And Angel. And screwed Gunn. ....I'm the only one she hasn't yet?" I pause. "Yes or no will do."

"Oz, I..." What is there to say? Other than what he asked. "...yes."

"..thanks." I nod. "Right." That's all I got. "...if you'll excuse me, Wes?" I ask, standing up and heading out. Don't think he'll stop me.
