I was sitting in my room a few days ago when i heard the cry of some small animal. It came from across the street in a row of thick bushes. A squirrel, or maybe a cat. It was a foreign feeling, hearing this sound, this sound that was totally new to me. It made my stomach twist up, and my insides feel like they were being wrenched out. i knew this
