All I have to say is wow. This is so lovely and so perfect. Honestly, the word that came to my mind was well-rounded and I know it doesn't sound very flattering but it really is, you have all the characters right, your attention to detail puts you right there, the dialogue, oh the dialogue is so good that you should write for this fucking show. Seriously? Everyone, down to Lucy, Tom, and Carl is just pitch-perfect. How in the hell do you do that? I felt like I was watching an episode. I felt like I was there.
This really happens. I'm sure of it.
I particularly liked this part:
For George it becomes a furtive wish that if Mitchell’s name is said often enough for long enough it might just bring him back.
And of course that last scene! Wonderful!
