These are all amazing, and perfect characterizations, but I think my absolutely favourite part of any of them was this line: “God, you’re so formal. Are we going to have sex or tea?”

I really enjoyed the Claire/Jack story. This bit in particular:
“I should get one too,” she says, and he wants to tell her no, he likes her just as she is, her body clean and unmarred, but even as he thinks the words he knows they’re not true. They’ve both been marked.
