This is AMAZING. Amazing, amazing ... seriously, a flawless Miles' POV, as per usual, and there something so wonderful about his usual crustiness intersecting with Sam's softness, especially with the tragedy in their pasts (I loved the part about Richard's photo in the glove compartment especially) and that they move on together. Just perfect.
