Castle is the fiction and even there sometimes he's shown as struggling to get through writer's block. Real writers have to work at it. It's not really a job someone can just do without putting a lot of hours in.

Also - your subconscious is like a small child and should be ignored.
Also - you look like you have lost weight (fewer portions of chips and dips?)
