Just for fun, I looked up the blog about my original allergy testing, to see how it compared to this time. I'm reprinting part of it here, partially because I needed to be working on the Haunted Noble County, Indiana manuscript instead of writing blogs.

I feel ya. I have the same allergies minus the cat/dog/poison ivy so kudos for exceeding me in being allergic to life

What surprised me was the new allergy tests, which indicated I was no longer allergic to dogs--but now was allergic to horses! I have to wonder just how accurate they are.

The whole world is nothing but cross reactivity ... that's my conclusion.

Have the allergy shots helped over all that time?

They have, yes. I have to try hard to have a really bad allergy attack--but I can still do it!

Like Kazzy I found myself wondering whether the shots were effective!

They just changed the mixture to account for the new test results, so with luck it'll get better than it already was.
