Excellent advice and often forgotten. We have a lot of infomercials over here on the run up to Christmas saying similar things. People do love candles around the festive season!
Yes, and candles seem to harmless--until they're not! I was at a birthday party once during which a breeze whipped a plastic table cover up and onto the candle. Being a smart, fast thinking firefighter, I immediately beat it out--with my hands. No harm done, but still.
