LOL at that irony. I get saying maybe we shouldn't have huge sized sugary drinks - we all drink way too much of that - I'm super guilty of it too. But to not even realize that it looks not so great to be trying to promote healthier eating... and also doughnuts... wow.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed that the size of cups has been going up over the years! Seems like the old cups in my kitchen hold about 12 ounces, and anything new is closer to 32.

For sure. What I remember as being a big glass in my childhood is smaller than most glasses/mugs I have today. So it's not just sugary drinks I guess but it's just portion sizes overall for us. Our norms have shifted. It's good to have larger glasses of water etc. but less so for sodas.

Thank goodness I have so many old cups for comparison!

We've been trying to go to smaller plates and bowls, too.
