I don't live in Paris (and I'm currently on an internship in a city very far from Paris orz) But I live near, and depending on the date you're coming I may be able to come home and meet you in Paris!
Are you coming for tourism? =o

I will be there from May 20th-23rd. The hostel is 3 Ducks Hostel. Yup, for tourism. But I'm going with a tour so I'm not sure about my free time until I arrive there. According to the general itinerary, I will have whole morning of May 22nd free. Hopefully, at least we can have a meal together :)

I understand the rules.. and promise to follow all the rules, and will be an active user :) Maybe you can help me to rejoin? If you can I will be so thankfull, but if still can not, can you please help me to know another problems?

From the rules which you said you understand:

★ Membership will only be approved for "active" LJ users. "Active" here means that the account must have an estimated average of 1 posted comment per month since join date. We do not look at if your journal is updated or not.

You only made 10 comments since your join date 15 August 2014, and it's not enough for "active" LJ users. Once you have enough comments, you can request again.
