but i'm not talking about idiocity caused by genes or education. i'm talking about idiocity caused by anger.

imagine this situcion; Person A get angry with B. B might a person, sicituan or traffic, it does not really matter. Person A starts to scream, fight etc. with any random passer-by who have no connection with B at all. in the end, Person A
