Anger and pain and hurt all vie for attention in a way that really grabs you. The way Chris is caught in mid-motion creates a sense of activity, urgency even, that ratchets the tension even higher. I don't think SVU gave anyone enough info on her to really know her, except that she's always blaming Elliot for one thing or another. At least that's all I've really gotten from it. Glad you like the graphic.

You've made her such a strong brave woman in the whole story which makes me love her character in this fiction. Elliot and Chris's undying friendship and feelings for each other really got to me as well. You both did a wonderful job with this and make a great team. Bravo to ya both! :)

nindevotee-I loved the artwork-very intense and tension filled. It really did look like a moment frozen in time between them and of course Chris is in the middle of it all!
cmk418- I really liked the idea of Kathy wanting the two of them and thinking it might be what they all needed. Like merging the two characters of Elliot and Chris might even them both out,and be better for her as well(and who could argue with that,lol).
trillingstar and ozsaur: I loved seeing the relationship between Chris and Elliot through Kathy's eyes. Her slow realization of what was always between them was painful,especially now that she's pregnant. Chris' need and fear of abandonment hurt. You did a good job portraying his feeling of always being the one left out or left behind. And I felt for Elliot as well in what has to be a moral and emotional dilemma for him which has no easy resolution.
Honestly, I don't remember ever seeing Kathy on the few episodes of SVU that I have watched, but it always seemed like Chris was Elliot's shadow side, and confronted with the prospect of twice the Meloni, I'm sure very few women would turn that down.
I'm glad you like the graphic. Chris is the thorn in Elliot's side, always obsessively vying for Elliot's attention, much like he did with Toby. I can imagine he's an endless source of trouble/grief for Elliot and his family, but you know Elliot loves him unconditionally.
We did sort of torture them all here quite a lot, didn't we? *laughs* I'm so happy that you liked the outside view of Chris and Elliot. I've always found Kathy to be a sympathetic character - I think we've had this talk? Anyway, super happy that it all worked for you. Thank you!!
nindevotee, I was immediately drawn to the look on Kathy's face, and I knew I wanted to do something with that, to put it into words. Even though you've assigned them sharing space in a triangle (of sorts), for me it still felt as though Kathy was the one coming between Chris and Elliot, not Chris between the Happy Couple.

Initially I thought it'd be interesting if Chris pretended to be Elliot with Kathy and Elliot eventually found out, thus the confused look on Kathy's face. But I like the OzStar version much better...gee, I wonder why?
Chris would definitely be a hard act to follow...I kinda feel bad for Kathy. She'll have to contend with him until he meets Toby.
