I don't like this feeling.

The feeling that everything's held together by a string and the string is weakening.

It's happend before and I've survived.

I just need sleep.

It's not a string, it's dental floss. You could just tear it away and clean your teeth with it. But that's what I did, and I wouldn't recommend it.
