Awesome job Leo. Now you should be able to relax a bit more. Have a fun time celebrating with family and friends.

I hope you get the position at the restaurant you mentioned last entry. Then I can come down for some free food. ;-)

The job situation seems pretty certain ... I got pulled aside two days ago by our owner to talk about it. I just need to hold out for a decent amount of money.

I imagine the offer you want would sure make for a sweet graduation/Christmas present. I'll just send a telepathic message to your owner convincing him (assumption - that it's a him) to make you an offer you can't refuse.

Christmas break has arrived. :-) It will probably take a few days however to start feeling less stressed. Or maybe not - I think I'll go and make myself another drink or three or four, crash out on the couch and watch a movie. Have a blast this weekend and take care. It's official. As of the first of the year, I am the new General Manager of the Rocklin Melting Pot. He offered me the bare minimum amount I said I could afford ... but I accepted it. Of course I would like to make more than that, but there is of course potential for bonuses and eventual raises. It is unfortunate that I have to commute to work now, though.
