Maids are wonderful!! I don't know what I'd do without cheap labor... hahaha. No, seriously, I'm 20 years old, and I've never made a bed before in my entire life, my idea of cleaning is throwing my clothes into one neat pile, and I don't know what a toilet bowl brush looks like. It's quite sad really. But if you don't have to get your hands dirty, why do it?

I admit that the idea of having a maid sounds nice ... but really I think that the extra expense (beyond our already outrageous bills) is something that I don't want to have to deal with.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise to come home to. Why did she decide to stay in Sac.?

Lol @ This is to ensure that the residence is kept in such a condition that promotes healthy living.

I don't know ... I thought she hated it here in Sac. Ugh.

Haha, yeah ... that's really funny ... considering how messy she is.

Move in with me, I won't ditch you and I'll even let you make noise at 3am! I'm a night person anyway. ^_^

For your own sake, Leo ... I'd go to Staples or another Office Supply store and get a "Mutual-Responsibility Lease Agreement" form, because what you've put on your post can't be bound by the HUD laws in the State of California ;-)

Make sure you're protected in the agreement as well, in case SHE defaults on something ... I would hate to see some bullshit get pulled (like it does so very often)

Hrm ... I may do that.

The California Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) may be able to help you find a suitable agreement as well. Check on their website.

I don't really see anything on their website ... and when I went to the store the closest thing that they had was a monthly rental agreement.

I'm not going to be too concerned with the legality issues of the 'lease' she wants me to sign ... at this rate I think I'll be moving out soon anyway.
