Obligatory Korra post.

It was an amazing finale, and I am glad I watched it with amazing people in an amazing city (Berkeleyyyy!).

I love all the characters that are not Korra and Mako sooo much more than ever. I fucking hate Korra and Mako at the moment, and the deus ex machina they pulled out was eyeroll-worthy but inevitable.

So excited for Bumi

Agreeeed! I've hated Mako for, like, ever...and his completely half-assed "apology" to Asami and the pathetically weak supposed "break up" infuriated me, AND I'm still pissed that Korra never apologized to Asami either, and the fact that they even went so far as to break out the L word was nauseating. Like, when did they even have the opportunity to "fall in love"? Certainly not when the majority of their interaction was arguing, and certainly not when they had ZERO chemistry whatsoever.
I adore Korra but her character completely deteriorates when it comes to Mako. And Mako is just awful in general.
AND I hated how everything wrapped up at the end. I wanted Aang to force her into a spiritual journey to regain her bending, which would have been amazing. And far better than the crap they pulled.

I've raged so much about the finale and I'm just going to keep doing it apparently, haha. Loved the rest of it though.
