Forgetting all about my ban to post some news and pictures from today which are really worth a look.

Basically he was covered in Basque glory in an event celebrated in Vitoria. Fernando Llorente and Javi Martínez were also there but it was Xabi who spoke to the parliament (hehe sounds weird) representing the three of them. It was also the first time ( Read more... )

oh I watched the video earlier today. Great that he's being honored along with his team mates. He looked gorgeous but that's not a surprise.

His beard is back hehe and I think he had a haircut?

It's a replica of the symbolic oak sculpture on the wall of the parliament. The sculpture apparently represents a tree.
