And now I find out that apparently the closest copy of disc 1 that Netflix is willing to ship me is in Santa Ana, California.

Heaven forfend that Netflix Boston/Worcester/whatever BUY IT THEMSELVES.

I've been giggling at all of the recaps, but thank you for using the character's real names. (I've had a chip on my shoulder the last few days in RL about people not caring to get 'strange' names, so it spilled over online.)

*nods* Yeah, I get you. Although I should note that Hong Fu was "Hong Bi" in the subtitles, though the Mandarin is pronounced "Hong Fu" and I am not sure about the Canto -- I was trying to figure out if it was originally in Mandarin or Canto, but it was harder to match the mouth movements to the language than I had expected.

The best thing is, we are so not! And it is even better when you see it, because it is so hard to picture mentally!
