I think Peter has met Matt before in Texas -- they had that feedback loop thing going for a while, right? And Matt was the cop questioning Peter. And Peter! Why not just stop time and have a long explainy conversation?
On the other hand, I loved Hiro actually using his time skippy skills smartly. Except in the last confrontation with Adam, in which he totally should have frozen time, gotten Adam out of the vault with a million deadly viruses, and then had the "Betrayer!" conversation.
Also, I yelled at Adam tons when he talked about Hiro being his inspiration, because yeah, somehow I did not take his Kensei change of heart very seriously.
I know! I was thinking: um, maybe you should find Caitlin first before you eliminate the future she is in?

Siiigh. I am so tired of the show now! It makes me sad to read my earlier entries, when I was so enthusiastic! But yeah, I am basically predicting Nathan will be saved and Niki will stay dead. UGH.
