Instead of venturing out to Yaoicon, we ended up skipping out all together and wandering around San Francisco. Friday, I managed to drive around Millbrae by taking every single wrong turn possible, staying in all the wrong lanes, and basically making a general nuisance of myself. What's the secret manga store? I usually scour Things from Another Planet for their "damaged" (aka overstock) books, which are usually around 40-75% off.

It's Cards and Comics Central around the Richmond area? They have a shelf of 60% off stuff! Along with tons and tons of figurines. And they're having a sale right now, 20% off all manga and graphic novels.
