Not that I'm giving up anything for Lent

Dammit, today was Pancake Day, and I forgot! And I have no eggs, so I can't even have a pancake supper. I have to draw the line at nipping down to Tesco in my pyjamas to buy eggs.

For anyone who wants pancakes and has eggs, I like Delia's method (though I prefer brown sugar

I'm just beginning to realise that our pancakes are different from yours! I always though there were just pancakes, and they were universal!

I am! I'm in London until the beginning of March! And yeah, your pancakes are thinner than ours, more like crepes, but not really. But gooood. I had mine with nutella yesterday (although I did try one with lemon and sugar).

Nutella is a good choice for pancakes. The girls last night had the ratio very much in the Nutella's favour but it's still tasty. :D
