This was basically the most awesome thing I saw today. (I say this with confidence because by the time I've finished watching The Hour it will technically be tomorrow. :D)

I totally used some of that scene concept from interviews for one of my big bang fics -- I kept it pretty toned down 'cuz I was like "Hey man, I don't know how they actually filmed this, and not everyone will know about it, I should keep it tame..."
And now suddenly THERE IT IS. It might as well be canon and it is EVEN SLASHIER than I imagined! *adores*

I'm dying to read your version of that scene! How are the BB fics coming along?

My version of the scene may need to step up if it's going to compete with the actual scene, man, ngl. Though for the moment I think I will leave it alone. The BB's totally go! I'm at roughly 8k for both of my remaining fics. In one case, I would guess that's between half and a third of the way done. In the other... no fucking clue, let's be honest. But now that I'm IN it, they're writing pretty quickly. I'll have no trouble making the rough draft deadline I think. 10k or 85% done, right?
Would you like me to send you sneaky previews of either or both? They are... kind of unmitigated teases at this point what with how I still need to finish them, but I KNOW YOU CAN HANDLE IT. *snuggles*
