I wrote 23,000+ in ten days. That is a record for me! Also, the title is from the Explosions in the Sky song, and I kept thinking it was just too obvious, but it stuck. So, yeah.

Do you have any plans to post this to AO3?

I do, yes - I think the system there for downloading various formats is great. I just want to edit a couple of little bits first, and sort out the edits I've made on the page in LJ first. But it'll be up on AO3 by next week at the latest. I'd say sooner, but I'm putting Porn Battle organising first until that's over - sorry!

I haven't even seen the movie (yet, anyway) and I'm still riveted by this story. I'm torn between reading the next 3 parts right away, or saving it for after I've seen the movie so I don't spoil myself any more than I already have.

I can't help you there! I think you've probably read the most spoilery section now, but there are little hints of canon scattered through the rest of the story, though in this story, canon is false! But OMG, do go and see the movie! It's epic!
