It's been ages since I capped a whole show or movie! I actually rather enjoyed it. So, 4,125 old-school manually capped images. Please comment/credit if you use them.

I'm SO HAPPY you capped that moment where Erik threw his body over Charles's in the plane; that moment, I actually squeaked out loud.

I didn't notice that in the cinema, but the joy of hitting pause all the time for capping is that I spotted all these little things. That scene was too fast to cap well ordinarily, but going frame by frame, you can really see what's going on: a desperate Erik rushing to save Charles, completely ignoring his own peril, and making sure that when the plane finally comes to a rest, Charles falls slowly down and safely on top of Erik. [Warning, image heavy picspam follows!]

*FLAIL* ZOMG. Two things I totally have to point out (since I have, um, watched this scene many times *g*) - the way Charles is gripping Erik's wrist for dear life as Erik is anchoring him; and the way Erik plants his hand in Charles' back right before he throws himself across his body. I don't know why those things get me. THEY JUST DO. Dude, this mini picspam is even better than the main one. :D :D :D!

When I first saw it, I thought this might be when Charles was injured, so I was on the edge of my seat, and so relieved when he stood up, that I just missed everything else. So it's rather fabulous sharing our favourite parts of this scene!

Making this mini picspam was no hardship!

I was worried that would be when Charles injured his back too, but no Erik threw himself on top of him and protected it. Loved it. Like your caps too.

It made the way Charles ended up getting injured even more tragic.

Glad you like the caps!

OMG, I've missed all the details in the cinema! Thank you for the screencaps!

I missed them all too - it's so fast, plus I was scared Charles was going to injure his back when I first saw it in the cinema. I loved going through it literally frame by frame to see exactly what was happening.
