I used to follow your writing but somehow lost the trail...

So I'm really happy to have re-found you and your lovely Freya/Brendan story.

I'll be looking back for more to read... =)

Happy New Year to you! =D

I find that happens too, I lose touch, then rediscover authors I liked ages ago. Often because fandoms diverge then converge.

I'm really glad you enjoyed this - thanks for reading!

Oh, that's just awesome. I can never get enough of these two and you've done them great justice. How easy they are together, so comfortable and partners. And of course Freya would have questions and Brendan would be right there to help her find answers. Just wonderful!

Thank you! I've been wanting to write a Thoughtcrimes story for ages, so it was really cool to get this request for yuletide. It was fascinating picking at some of the unanswered questions from the film and deciding which to explore, so I'm really glad you liked it.

I didn't catch this in the archive, but I love it! You've captured these two so well and I feel like this is what the series would have been like, had it continued. Wonderful!

I would so have loved to have seen a tv show developed from the movie, but at least we can always write our own versions - I'm so pleased this feels like a plausible future to you. Thanks so much!

Oh, I always love to read thoughtcrimes fic, and this is really good thoughtcrimes fic. (Think I'll re-watch it this weekend) It's kinda funny, isn't it; thoughtcrimes isn't particularly groundbreaking or even original (in concept or scripting), but there's something about it - maybe because they paid some damn attention to the casting? - that really sticks with you.

And I agree with the above comment - this is very much what the series would have been like. Add in some more 'action' moments, and it would have made a good season 1 finale, I think.

True! I rewatched it a couple of times to write this story, and I was quite surprised that it really wasn't that good. And yet the characters are compelling, and I would love to have seen a series made from it.
