STUNNING! I wish I watched SPN because I would TOTALLY nab 28 but I'm only a fan of Jensen Ackles FACE (oh and WRITST and ASS and... you get the idea) since I've never really watched him in anything so I wouldn't feel right having it among my user pics. But it is GORGEOUS, love the effect and color!!

I also love 2, 10, 20, 21-23 PEPPER POTTS (taking that one for later), 23, 27 & 31. You're coloring is exquisite!

Whee, thank you so much! I'm no good at fiddling with fancy things on icons, so mostly I just try to crop and colour, and lately I've struggled even with that, so I'm thrilled you like the colouring! As for the Jensen Ackles one, it was quite easy, a gradient map in two shades of pink mostly (I abuse gradient maps terribly!), so if you'd like something similar on a different picture, I could do that.

Grabbed a few - 7, 15 and 23.

I love the almost minimalistic feel of some of these.

Thank you - I like to try to make fairly clean icons, if that makes sense as a term, so I'm really glad they work for you!

You really think I'd remember when I was signed into a different journal, wouldn't you?

As I said - It does make sense as a term and it is something I wish I could cultivate in my own attempts.

I have a little firefox add-on gadget, so I can see at the bottom of the browser what journal I'm signed into - I find it handy, especially as it makes changing less of a fiddle.

I'm always making and discarding icons because the screencap looks great but once it's 100x100 it just looks too busy - it can be hard sometimes to find or make negative space, but I think it's worth the effort. Though it's all a matter of taste really, and I think it's great that there are just so many styles around.
